Eligibility
The Giant Pride Grant Program at Pilot Butte Middle School is designed to empower our educators and support staff by providing funding to purchase materials or resources that enhance classroom learning and support student engagement. Funds may be used for essential supplies, technology, professional development materials, or other resources identified through an approval process.
Application Frequency
Who Can Apply: All full-time and part-time teaching and support staff at Pilot Butte Middle School. Applicants may submit one application per grant cycle. Grant cycles will go from October to December and February to April. If a need exceeds $250, please provide details on how you plan to prioritize or consider multiple, separate submissions if appropriate.
Evaluation Criteria
Applications will be evaluated based on: Impact, Clarity & Necessity, Budget & Justification, Alignment with School Goals, and Innovation. Preference may be given to projects or purchases that introduce creative solutions or enhance student engagement in unique ways.
